We’re firing up the brewhouse today!
Not to brew, but just to test everything out…don’t want any leaks! We have some German technicians coming in soon to install our new pre-mashing system and reprogram parts of our new brewing software. We’re excited to get all the loose ends tied up and brew our first batch which will be a collaboration with Troegs Brewery, which is fitting since we have their old brewhouse!
